This is a night reminiscent of a junior high skating party, including pizza, unlimited soda, and dessert. Registration also includes skate rental.

Roller Derby with the Rocky Mountain Rollergirls

Bladium Sports Club, Stapleton

Rough-and-tough girls on skates, and yes, it is making a comeback! The Rocky Mountain Rollergirls have brought roller derby debauchery to Denver and to the rest of the state, breakin' faces and breakin' hearts along the way. The Rocky Mountain Rollergirls is made up of an all-female crew of skaters that completely own and operate their league. Cool!

This bout pits our Rollergirls, ranked 14th in the nation, against the San Diego Derby Dolls for their last bout of the season. Don't know how roller derby works? Have no fear - we also get a pre-game meet and greet with the Girls out on the track, as well as a quick tutorial taught by the experts!

If you would like to join us for dinner beforehand, we will meet somewhere at Stapleton at 4:30p.m. If you just want to meet us at the Bladium, please be there by 6:15 p.m. Tickets will be distributed at that time. Please note, the male/female ratio will not be monitored for this event.

An annual favorite! This is not your ordinary gift-giving party. We add a little intrigue, some give-and-take, and maybe even some wheelin' and dealin'. We'll provide appetizers, holiday punch (yum) and fun. You bring a wrapped gift valued at $15 or less to share.

This event will take place at a private residence near Park Meadows Mall. Address and directions will be emailed to those that register. Please note that that male/female ratio will not be monitored for this event.

New Year's Eve Pre-Party

We'll be getting your New Year's Eve celebration started early with a private pre-party at Jazz at Jack's!

What is the pre-party? It's a singles-only, private party that includes your first two drinks and plenty of food too! Hang out in an enjoyable, low-pressure environment and maybe even meet someone to kiss at midnight. If you're looking for an option that doesn't go late, this party ends at 8:30 p.m., just in time to watch the early fireworks on the 16th Street Mall and then head home and avoid the crowds. Or, you'll be in a great location to continue the party somewhere else (or stay at Jazz at Jack's) until the New Year!

Please bring cash to make settling the tab easy! Then we'll head over to the Pepsi Center to cheer on our Avs! Our seats are located in the upper level on the end, but don't you know, there's not a bad seat in the house!

"The Producers" at Boulder Dinner Theater

Mel Brooks' Broadway musical "The Producers" comes to the Boulder Dinner Theater. This play sets the standard for modern, outrageous, in-your-face humor and has won a record twelve Tony Awards!

The plot is simple: a down-on-his-luck Broadway producer and his mild-mannered accountant come up with a scheme to produce the most notorious flop in history thereby bilking their backers (all "little old ladies") out of millions of dollars. Only one thing goes awry: the show is a smash hit! The antics of Max Bialystock and Leo Bloom as they maneuver their way recklessly through finding a show, hiring a director, raising the money and finally going to prison for their misdeeds is a lesson in broad comic construction. At the core of the insanely funny adventure is a poignant emotional journey of two very different men who become friends.

Winter Park Weekend

Winter Park, of course!

We're heading to Winter Park for our annual weekend out of town! This year we'll be at a new property, a bit smaller than past years. This house sleeps 18, plus has plenty of room to socialize, including an awesome hot tub on the deck. Our house is also on the bus line to Winter Park, so you won't have to drive to ski. We provide breakfast both mornings and dinner on Saturday night. Even if you're not skiing, there are plenty of other activities nearby, or feel free to just hang out and relax. We'll also be making our annual trip to the Fraser tubing hill - one of the highlights of the weekend!

Sleeping arrangements are a bit different this year too. We have 12 single beds ($139, multiple beds per room) and 3 queen beds in private rooms ($109 per person, shared). All sleeping arrangements will be first-come, first-served (with consideration of the male/female ratio and comfortable sleeping arrangements). If you know someone else who is attending, we encourage you to select the queen bed option, please!

We'll meet on the west side of town on Friday evening and carpool up. Sunday, you can stay and ski during the day or head back before the traffic gets too crazy!

Your registration includes two nights of lodging, breakfast both days, and dinner at the house on Saturday evening. You are responsible for dinner on Friday, lunch on Saturday, and your own activities.
